Refund and Returns Policy

At Jovial_Vision, we take pride in offering handcrafted natural gemstones and jewelry, making each piece truly unique. Please be aware of the following before requesting a return:

Return & Exchange Policy

We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. However, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific circumstances:

  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your order is damaged during transit for that you need to provide proper video while opening the product or if you received an incorrect product.
  • Timeframe: Requests for a refund or exchange must be made within 3 days of receiving your product. The item must be returned in its original condition.
  • Exclusions: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted with in a day after delivery.

Additionally, if a crystal is proven to be synthetic or artificial by a recognized gemological institute(ISO certified or Internationally reputed), you are entitled to a 100% refund, return, or exchange. Please note that courier charges, VAT, and duties are non-refundable.

Categories Not Eligible for Return (Unless Damaged)

Please note that returns are not possible for the following categories unless the product is damaged:

  • Customized Bracelets
  • Crystal Raws
  • Crystal Plates
  • Trees
  • Festive crystals
  • Products received exactly as ordered
  • Spray bottles

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days and credited to your account within 10-12 working days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may cause additional delays.

Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons: – You simply dislike the product

  • Minor flaws or issues with the packaging
  • All the images are for the Reference Only. Their Size ,Color, and Shape may vary.
  • Beads in the bracelet are original. Webs and Crack like lines in stones / beads are natural ; They occur during the stone making process.

Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide the best experience for our customers. However, once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed.

If your order is still pending pickup, you may request an addition to your current order or exchange the product for another item of equal value.

Conditions for Eligibility for return

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with proper opening video.
  • Items are subject to inspection and verification by the Jovial Vision Team.
  • Damages due to neglect or improper usage are not covered.
  • Products must be accompanied by the original product certificate, invoice, packaging, lab certificates, and any other included items.
